SHIPPING

Shipping rates will be calculated in real-time with available carriers such as UPS. We offer free Ground shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

You will be contacted by eMail with a tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.

Orders received by 2PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on that day. Orders after this time will be processed the following business day.

For Tour Shark embroidered orders, please allow an extra 5-7 business days to ship so we can embroider the products.

SHIPMENTS OVER $500: A customer signature is required for deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500. Additionally, all Express Mail / Overnight deliveries require a signature.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via eMail within 2 business days.

Note we do not ship to addresses that have a P.O. Box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently ONLY ship to the United States.

RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days.

To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.

For TOUR SHARK embroidered products, returns or exchanges are not allowed. We will accept a return on these items if there is a defect.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise.

Greg Norman Collection reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.

Send your return using a trackable carrier. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.

You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM

If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. We’ll be happy to ship the desired items. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.
