SHIPPING

Our offices and shipping facilities will be closed Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day.

#TEAMSHARK and shipping will resume regular business hours on Tuesday May 30.

Successfully placed orders will receive an eMail confirmation with your order details.  If for some reason you do not receive an eMail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation your order has been received.  Our orders require a 2-business day* processing time before shipping. Orders with requested expedited shipping received by 11:00am Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped on that business day*. Orders received after this time will be processed to ship as requested the following business day*.  All orders are shipped from our New Jersey facilities.

Shipping rates will be calculated in real-time.  We ship exclusively through UPS. We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $100 after discount and excluding tax.  All prices are in U.S. dollars.

You will be contacted by eMail with your tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.

All TOUR SHARK embroidered orders are custom requests.  Please allow an additional 6-7 business days* for this service.  Once embroidered and ready to ship, standard ground shipping times of 1-6 business days* apply.  If expedited shipping was chosen at time of order, your order will be shipped via UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air as requested.  TOUR SHARK orders are non-returnable. 

SHIPMENTS OVER $500: A customer signature is required for deliveries and shipments of orders over $500.  All prices are in U.S. dollars.  Additionally, all Express Mail/Overnight deliveries require a signature.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock.  If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via eMail within 2 business days*.

We do not ship to APO, FPO, U.S. Territories and P.O. Box addresses.

GIFT BOXING AND GIFT MESSAGING

These services are not available at this time.  Order comments will not appear on the order’s packing slip.

CHECK ORDER STATUS AND TRACK SHIPMENTS ONLINE

If you have a registered account with gregnormancollection.com, it is easy to check the status of your orders.  Simply click Sign In / Register at the bottom of our home page.  You will be able to see your order status.  If your status is noted as shipped, click on the “Shipped” button, and all order details will appear.

RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 45 days of shipment.

To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 45 days of the original shipment date.
2. The merchandise must be in sale-able condition with tickets attached. Products cannot be washed or worn.

Returns that have been received past the 45 day eligible return window will be reviewed.  Once reviewed, we will send an eMail advising whether your return has been accepted or declined.  If accepted, we will issue a store credit for the appropriate amount of item(s) returned.  If declined, we will advise you that your return is being sent back to you. 

TOUR SHARK custom embroidered products are non-returnable/exchangeable.  We will accept a return on these items only if there is a defect.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM

Please Click Here to begin your Return for Refund Request. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

  ALL UPS RETURN LABELS ARE PRE-PAID. 

ALL RETURN FOR REFUND REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $4.95 RESTOCK FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND TOTAL AT TIME OF PROCESSING.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 

If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, please contact us at customerservice@gncollection.com. We’ll be happy to provide return instruction and your PRE-PAID UPS Return Label. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.  Exchange orders are always shipped at no additional charge.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR GIFT

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order.  Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund.  Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable store credit.

PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN TO PROCESS EXCHANGES AND CREDITS/REFUNDS.​ 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM OTHER LOCATIONS AND/OR RETAILERS.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates purchased online are digital and are only valid to redeem for online orders.  Digital gift certificates are not valid at our retail locations.  Gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable.
